The bathroom could use better cleaning and stocking!!! A single luggage cart made check-in and check-out frustrating!!! There's also limited food choices nearby that push guests to drive elsewhere for meals!!!

The room was nice and roomy with two comfy queen-sized beds, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. I loved unwinding in the heated swimming pool and enjoying the cozy hot tub after a long day. Just a heads up, the parking setup could be more straightforward as it made carrying our bags a bit tricky, but overall, we had a great time! 😊

Clean room, friendly manager, which made our stay enjoyable thanks to the accommodating attitude of Lucy, who was always ready to assist and was fully bilingual, enhancing our communication throughout our visit, not to mention the convenient location close to El Paso International Airport.

The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, especially Lucy, who was incredibly accommodating and bilingual, which was a great asset. The King Room itself was accessible and comfortable, though it had some issues. the smoke smell was pervasive, and the door was difficult to close. Additionally, the room had a few maintenance problems, like non-functional light switches, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

The warm, inviting colors and cozy furniture in the lobby made me feel right at home. The hallways were spacious, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably. It was truly a pleasant atmosphere to relax in.

The room was spacious, giving me so much room to breathe and relax. I loved the 24/7 coffee in the lobby – it was just what I needed after a long drive! The charming breakfast area featured unique Texas-shaped waffles, which made my morning feel extra special.

The stay was for a quick transit and while the room size was great for two queen beds, I noticed a few issues. The coffee at breakfast was quite disappointing, resembling colored water rather than actual coffee. The breakfast room itself was too small, making it difficult to accommodate guests comfortably. I did appreciate the cleanliness of the bed and bathroom, which were excellent despite the minor inconveniences.

Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff greeted me warmly. The room size impressed me. two queen beds provided ample space for my group. Clean linens adorned the beds, and the bathroom had necessary toiletries. Breakfast options included eggs, sausage, and waffles, which tasted fairly good. However, the breakfast room felt cramped. Only five tables available led to a crowded feel on Sunday morning. Coffee quality disappointed immensely. I could barely drink it. Also, the lack of phone in the room raised concerns about safety and convenience. When I reported it, the front desk acknowledged it but didn’t seem to prioritize fixing it. Overall, some positives like room size and breakfast variety contrasted with issues like overcrowded dining and a low-quality coffee experience.
